The lowest-priced item in unused and unworn condition with absolutely no signs of wear. The first book I could see being a 4 star but I loved it and was in the aoera for a world building adventure and wasn’t really on the fence with my rating of 5 at the time.
Sadly when they reach their destination things are pretty bad. Here, instead, there are several point-of-view characters, although unfortunately Butcher only lets us hear the thoughts of his protagonists. The good thing about this series is its not something you have to back to back.

At people who have not starved to death, who have not been hacked apart by enemies of humanity, at people who are free to lie and steal and plot and complain and accuse and behave in all manner of repugnant ways because the Realm stands. Tavi is awesome again, of course. An epic fantasy series that’s getting too epic for it’s own good.
He’s a ruthless, murderous character who in past novels showed himself to be a pathetically poor judge fudy character.
